Location: 9700 block of Elk Tree Way
Suspect: OSMAN, NAJIBURAHMAN (OMA, 34, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was known to V-1 and entered V-1’s residence. S-1, holding what appeared to be a firearm but was later determined to be a BB gun, demanded money from V-1. V-1 feared for her life. A witness, in the residence at the time, forced S-1 out of the residence. S-1 fled on foot but was located by responding officers. Officers recovered the BB gun near V-1’s residence. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: VICENTE, NANCY (HFA, 26, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument when S-1 punched V-1 several times in the head. V-1 suffered visible injuries. V-1 desired S-1 be placed under citizen’s arrest. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

Location: 2800 block of Hinton Cir.
Suspect: PARSONS, MICHAEL (WMA, 40, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to a call for service regarding S-1 (Elk Grove resident). Officers contacted S-1 at his residence and found him in possession of methamphetamine and narcotic paraphernalia. A record check revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
