City of Elk Grove to purchase “holiday ribbon tree” for $70,000

The Elk Grove City Council is expected to approve the purchase of an artificial “holiday ribbon tree” for $70,800 at tonight’s city council meeting.

The tree will be placed at the Elk Grove Civic Center, now known as District56. The tree will be 26 feet high and 20 feet wide, according to the staff report.
