Location: CONFIDENTIAL
Victim: CONFIDENTIAL
Suspect: SAFI, WAIS (OMA, 31, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Roseville resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when S-1 slapped V-1 and grabbed V-1’s shoulder causing visible injury. A child was present during the incident. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: LAURENT, DAVID (WMA, 43, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was causing a disturbance in the above area and V-1 asked S-1 to leave. S-1 grabbed a bicycle lock and threatened V-1. Fearing for his safety, V-1 took S-1 to the ground and held him down until responding officers arrived. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect #1: ENRIQUEZ, BRANDON (HMA, 19, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: JUVENILE (BMJ, 15, ARRESTED)


Officers responded to the above area regarding a physical fight. Officers attempted to detain S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and S-2 (Sacramento resident). Both suspects pulled away and physically resisted. S-2 spit on one of the officers. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. S-2 was taken into custody and then transported to juvenile hall.

Location: Elk Grove Blvd. / Waterman Rd.
Suspect: FUSCO, ETHAN (WMA, 23, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle involved in a collision with two other vehicles. Two people suffered minor injuries as a result of the collision. S-1 left the scene of the collision without exchanging information. S-1 later contacted EGPD and turned himself in. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
