Suspect: RONGEY, NICHOLA (WFA, 53, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted during a call for service. A consent search of S-1’s property led to the discovery of methamphetamine and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was known to be on probation and contacted exiting the store. A probation search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of stolen merchandise. A record check revealed S-1 had active warrants out for her arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle stopped for vehicle code violations. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and open containers of alcohol were observed in the vehicle. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested. A search of S-1’s person and vehicle led to the discovery of methamphetamine and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was transported to the main jail.

Officers located a reported stolen vehicle in the above area. Surveillance cameras in the area showed S-1 exiting the reported stolen vehicle and going into a residence. Officers made contact at the residence and detained S-1. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 was stopped and detained. S-1 was found to be in possession of the stolen merchandise. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

Officers responded to a call for service regarding a welfare check on S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and two infant children. As officers were speaking with S-1, who was seated and holding one of the children fell to the ground. The child was not injured. S-1 displayed objective signs of intoxication. A record
check revealed S-1 was on probation. An empty container of alcohol was found in the child’s stroller. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

“Tipsoft” should not be considered a replacement for contacting the Elk Grove Police Department via telephone (916) 714-5115 (non-emergency), (916) 714-5111 / 911 (emergency) or (916) 691-0411 (anonymous tip line). Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
