Apparently, Blast 825 opened on Tuesday. That was quick. I didn’t realize it was opening this week. Anybody go there yet or know somebody who went? They are located next to Old Spaghetti Factory.

I’ve been to the one in Rocklin and Roseville. Pretty good.

Blast 825 Pizza, which is often referred to as the Chipotle of pizza because they have a similar set up, has opened in Elk Grove. They are located next to Jack’s Urban Eats, 7701 Laguna Blvd, across from the Old Spaghetti Factory.
The concept at Blast 825 is similar to that of Chipotle because you start with the pizza dough and then you go down the line and tell them what you want on your pizza. All pizzas are the same size. You can choose between different sauces, cheeses and toppings. You can customize your pizza with whatever you want on it. The pizza put into an oven at 825 degrees and cooked for 3 minutes. I have tried the ones in Roseville and Rocklin, and the pizzas are really good.
