During the month of March, Republic Services Employees* will randomly select residential recycle carts from 12 throughout the city and check their contents.

The first household in each area with no contaminants (i.e. trash) in their recycle cart will be awarded a $100 gift card.

At the end of the contest, winners will be contacted by Republic Services, inviting them to a City Council Meeting in April, where they will be recognized for their recycling efforts, awarded a $100 gift card, and entered into a drawing to win the grand prize, $200 gift card!

Eligibility: Account must be current and in good standing to be eligible for either prize.

For questions about this program please contact Annah Rulon at 916-669-6868.

*Republic Services employees, performing the bin audit, will be easily identifiable as a Republic Services employee.

Recycling is so easy. I like making sure we do it the right way. It’s good for the environment .
