      An Elk Grove man was arrested Wednesday night after allegedly intentionally ramming into the back of an LAPD motor officer on Highway 5 in Southern California.     Just curious…….how does anyone know it was intentional? He might have fled because he was freaked out. Not that that makes it ok, but…….

    So glad the officer will be ok.

    Sounds like witnesses said it was intentional and that it continued for about 1/2 mile

    It’s possible he could be suffering from PTSD, who knows. I would imagine if that is the case then it would be part of his trial.

    There was a link to the CHP press conference. They made it clear they felt it was intentional.
