Charges: HS 11375(B)(2), 11364 

Location: Babson Dr. / Laguna Blvd.  

Suspect: HEARN, DAVID (WMA, 26, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted at the above location during a call for service. Upon contact, S-1 was found to be on probation. A probation search of S-1 led to the discovery narcotic paraphernalia and medication that was not prescribed to S-1. S-1 was transported to a local area hospital for medical treatment then issued a citation and released.

Location: 7200 block of Campania Ct.  

Suspect: CHAVEZ, GERALDINE (HFA, 53, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted at the above location and taken into custody for an active warrant. S-1 was arrested then transported to EGPD where she was processed then released with a citation.

Suspect: JONES, ROBERT (BMA, 46, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Stockton resident) was arrested for an active warrant then transported to the main jail.

Location: Rhone River Dr. / Roan Ranch Cir.  

Suspect: UNKNOWN (BMJ)
The victim was walking down the street when she was approached from behind by the suspect. The suspect grabbed the back of the victim`s waistband then reached into her front pocket and took personal property. The suspect then fled the area on foot in an unknown direction. The victim was not injured during the robbery.

Suspect: PECKHAM, JESSICA (WFA, 29, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for making threats then transported to the main jail.

EVENING WATCH
Time: 2051 hours

Charges: PC 487(A), 182(A)(1), 11377(A), 11364

Location: 9300 block of Elk Grove Florin Rd.   

Suspect #1: DALTON, JESSE (WMA, 19, ARRESTED)

Suspect #2: JUVENILE (WMJ, 17, ARRESTED)
S-1 and S-2 (Elk Grove residents) entered the above location and picked up a cell phone and a backpack containing a laptop that did not belong to them. The suspects exited the location and fled on foot. Responding officers located and detained the suspects. A search of the area where the suspects were detained led to the discovery of the stolen property. A search of S-2 led to the discovery of a controlled substance and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. S-2 was taken into custody then transported to juvenile hall.
