NIGHT WATCH Time: 0013 hours S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a bicycle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 fled on foot. Officers gave chase and located S-1 a short distance away. A records check revealed that S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. Time: 0052 hours S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested. Time: 0214 hours S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested. ________________________________________________________________________________ DAY WATCH Time: 0946 hours Officers responded to the above location regarding a suspicious occupied RV. Upon arrival, officers contacted S-1, who was the owner of the described RV. A records check revealed that S-1 was on probation. S-1 was detained, and a probation search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of one live round of ammunition. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. EVENING WATCH Time: 1809 hours S-1 was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped related to a call for service. A records check revealed that S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. Time: 2107 hours Officers responded to the above location regarding a parked suspicious vehicle. The caller indicated that the driver was passed out in the driver’s seat. Upon arrival, officers located S-1 (Sacramento resident) sitting in the driver’s seat of the described vehicle with the keys in the ignition, which was in the on position. S-1 was woken up and displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested. |

Suspect: OLIVARES, MANUEL (HMA, 20, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to the above location regarding a suspicious occupied vehicle. Upon arrival, officers located the described vehicle, being driven by S-1 (Elk Grove resident), and conducted a vehicle stop. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was detained by residents after he was found inside a vehicle that did not belong to him. Officers arrived and took custody of S-1. S-1 was found to be in possession of stolen property taken from several other vehicles. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Victim: CHICKS IN CRISIS
Suspect: VU, KHAI (AMA, 41, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to the above location regarding an audible alarm. Officers located and detained S-1 (Sacramento resident) inside the building. S-1 was arrested for burglary and violating the conditions of his probation then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: RAMIREZ, SERAFIN (HMA, 27, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to the above location regarding a burglary that had taken place. S-1 fled the residence after being discovered inside the home by the occupants. Responding officers located and detained S-1 a short distance away from the residence. S-1 was later identified by the reporting person as the burglary suspect. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted at the above location regarding a call for service. Upon contact, S-1 was found to be on probation. A probation search of S-1 led to discovery of narcotics, indicia of sales and a hypodermic needle. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and another unidentified person were observed in front of a closed business. S-1 is known to officers and is on probation. When officers attempted to contact S-1, S-1 fled on foot. Officers gave chase and located S-1 in the backyard of a residence. S-1 was detained without incident. S-1 injured himself while fleeing from officers and was transported to a local area hospital for medical treatment. At the hospital, S-1 was issued a misdemeanor citation then released.

Suspect: WILSON, NICHOLAS (WMA, 20, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was involved in a collision with another vehicle. Officers arrived and contacted S-1. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested. An occupant in the other vehicle involved in the collision was transported to a local area hospital for medical treatment.

Suspect: WALLS, HOWARD (BMA, 25, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and the victims (his two sisters) were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 kicked punched one victim in the face and threatened to stab her. S-1 then grabbed the other sister by the hair and punched her in the body. S-1 also threatened to stab her. When officers arrived, S-1 was detained and placed in the WRAP restraint device. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
