Suspect:  MIRANDA, ARIEL (HMA, 30, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped on the roadway blocking a bike lane. When officers attempted to conduct a vehicle stop, the driver of the vehicle S-1 (Sacramento resident), drove away from officers. A short pursuit (1/2 mile) ensued before S-1 pulled over. S-1 was detained and displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
