S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for an active warrant then transported to the main jail.

Location:  8800 block of Vintage Park Dr.
Suspect:  MCCUTCHAN, ADAM (WMA, 33, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was known to have an active felony warrant out for his arrest and was observed operating a motor vehicle at the above location. When officers attempted to conduct a vehicle stop, S-1 did not yield and led officers on a pursuit that travelled into Sacramento. The pursuit terminated at the intersection of Florin Rd. and South Watt Ave. when the vehicle S-1 was driving collided with two vehicles. Officers were able to take S-1 into custody after the collision without incident. One of the driver’s suffered minor injuries and was transported to a local area hospital for medical treatment. S-1 was medically cleared for incarceration at a local area hospital then transported to the main jail.
