Location: 9100 block of Grove St.  

Suspect: HAAS, BRYAN (WMA, 31, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed that S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: HEISE, DYLAN (WMA, 31, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for an active warrant then transported to the main jail.

Location: CONFIDENTIAL  

Victim: CONFIDENTIAL   

Suspect: SPIELVOGEL, STEPHEN (OMA, 71, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 grabbed V-1 by the wrist and struck V-1 in the chest. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
