Motorcyclist Killed In Elk Grove Accident

A 36 year old man was killed earlier today in a two car accident on Laguna Park Drive near Laguna Blvd. 

The accident occurred around 11 am this morning. The motorcyclist was southbound on Laguna Park and collided with a car that was northbound on Laguna Park Drive. He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead from his injuries.  

This is the second fatality in the Laguna area in just over a week.  On Friday, July 8, a 63 year old man was killed when the car he was driving was rear ended by another driver on Laguna Blvd. That accident is still under investigation.
