S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for violating a restraining order and his probation then transported to the main jail.

Suspect:  GALLEGO, AUSTIN (HMA, 27, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

The victim was walking down the street when he was approached from behind by an unknown suspect. The suspect punched the victim in the face.  When the victim fell to the ground, there were three suspects standing over him. The suspects took the victim’s personal property then fled on foot. The suspects were described as three black males between 17-20 years of age. They were wearing black t-shirts and jeans. The victim suffered minor injuries.

The victim was walking down the street when he was knocked down from behind by an unknown suspect. When the victim fell to the ground, there were three suspects standing over him. The suspects attempted to take the victim’s personal property but were unsuccessful. The suspects fled on foot  and were described as three black males between 17-20 years of age. The victim suffered minor injuries.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was discovered sitting in the driver’s seat of a vehicle while slumped over the steering wheel. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 (juvenile child) were involved in a verbal argument. During the argument, S-1 picked up a knife and threatened V-1. There were several young children present at the location during the incident. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Jackson resident) was arrested for possession of a reported stolen vehicle then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was observed driving a reported stolen vehicle. Officers initiated an enforcement stop and detained S-1 and the occupants. Officers confirmed that the vehicle had been stolen out of Stockton. S-2 (Elk Grove resident) was a passenger in the vehicle being driven by S-1. S-1 was taken into custody then transported to juvenile hall. S-2 violated the conditions of his parole and was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Suspect #2:  LEE, BOBBY (HMA, 28, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to the above location regarding two adults who were observed using narcotics inside a vehicle while four children were playing outside of the vehicle. Officers arrived and contacted S-1 and S-2 (Sacramento residents) inside the described vehicle. Four children. under the age of 9, were also contacted at the location. A search of the suspects and the vehicle led to the discovery of a controlled substance and narcotics. Both suspects were arrested then transported to the main jail. The four children were transported to EGPD then turned over to child protective services.

S-1 (Orangevale resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 punched V-1 in the face several times. V-1 suffered a visible injury. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
