S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 pulled V-1’s hair several times. A friend arrived at the above location to pick up V-1. When V-1 got into V-2’s vehicle to drive away, S-1 got into his own vehicle then intentionally collided with V-2’s vehicle several times. As V-2 drove away with V-1, S-1 pursed the victims through several residential areas. S-1 intentionally collided with the victims, who were inside V-2’s vehicle, several times. S-1 side swiped V-2’s vehicle causing V-2 to lose control of the vehicle and collide into a brick wall. Before S-1 drove away, he threatened V-2. An EGPD officer observed S-1’s vehicle driving at a high rate of speed a short distance away and conducted a vehicle stop. S-1 was contacted and detained. Officers were able to determine that S-1 was responsible for the above listed crimes. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
