Gas leak in Elk Grove causing traffic mess 

A gas leak on Elk Grove Blvd at Laguna Springs is causing a traffic mess for westbound Elk Grove Blvd commuters.  Only one lane of traffic is open. That is causing a huge delay for drivers exiting Elk Grove Blvd at highway 99. Traffic was backed up to nearly Bond Road

Traffic is expected to be impacted until 5:30 pm.  This only adds to the traffic nightmare for Elk Grove as Bond Road is closed at the railroad tracks forcing traffic onto other 2 lane roads. Expect major delays on this east side all week.
