Missing persons alert in Elk Grove

Elk Grove Police – At Risk Missing – This is an urgent message from the Elk Grove Police Department. We are currently looking for an at-risk missing person. The missing person is Shirley, a 13 year old white female with slight mental disabilities, and other medical conditions. She is 5 foot 6 inches, 170 pounds and was last seen wearing an orange t-shirt, blue jeans, and white sneakers. Shirley was last seen in the area of Bond and Crowell around 4:45pm.
