S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 grabbed V-1 by both shoulders, picked V-1 up off of the ground and threw V-1 onto a nearby bed. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was observed driving a reported stolen vehicle.  Officers initiated an enforcement stop and detained S-1.  Officers confirmed that the vehicle was stolen and a records check revealed that S-1 had an active warrant out for her arrest. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 was taken into custody then transported to the main jail.
