Suspect: SCOTT, AUBREY (BMA, 56, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation while inside a vehicle on HWY 99 approaching Elk Grove. During the altercation, S-1 grabbed V-1’s face while V-1 was using a cell phone. V-1 suffered visible injuries. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

NIGHT WATCH No major incidents or arrests logged. DAY WATCH Time: 1355 hours S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for violating the conditions of a court order then transported to the main jail. ________________________________________________________________________________ EVENING WATCH Time: 1636 hours S-1 was contacted at the above location and a records check revealed that she had an active warrant out for her arrest. When officers attempted to arrest S-1, S-1 physically resisted the officer’s efforts. Once S-1 was handcuffed, she was place in the back seat of a police vehicle. S-1 then began hitting her head on the plastic seat inside the vehicle and the security screen. Officers removed S-1 from the backseat and she was secured in a maximum restraint device (WRAP) then transported to the main jail.
Time: 1759 hours S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 pushed V-1 then grabbed V-1 by the neck. S-1 lifted V-1 up then threw V-1 to the ground. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. |

NIGHT WATCH Time: 0417 hours Officers responded to the above location regarding a vehicle that was stopped in the roadway. The reporting person also indicated that the driver was passed out behind the wheel. Officers arrived and discovered that the driver, S-1 (Fairfield Resident), was passed out. Upon contact, the strong odor of marijuana emanated from inside the vehicle. S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and was arrested. S-1 was also found to be in possession of marijuana. DAY WATCH No major incidents or arrests logged. EVENING WATCH Time: 2006 hours S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 pushed V-1 several times which resulted in V-1 sustaining an injury to the head. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
Time: 2300 hours An EGPD officer observed two vehicles engaged in a speed contest westbound on Elk Grove Blvd at Laguna Springs Dr. S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was driving a Toyota Scion while S-2 (Elk Grove resident) was driving a Chevy Malibu. When officers attempted to conduct a vehicle stop on both vehicles, S-1 yielded and pulled over. S-2 did not yield and led officers on a pursuit that travelled .7 miles into a residential neighborhood. S-2 abandoned the vehicle he was driving at Dunblane Way and Wynndel Way then fled on foot. A perimeter was established and additional law enforcement resources responded to assist. S-2 was located and detained in a nearby park. S-2 was taken into custody and found to be in possession of car keys to the vehicle he had been driving. Officers at the first stop contacted S-1 who displayed objective signs of impairment. A search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery two open containers of beer. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. S-2 was taken into custody then transported to juvenile hall. |
