The victim was walking down the street when he was approached by two unknown suspects. One of the suspects demanded that the victim give them his backpack. The victim feared for his safety and gave one of the suspects his backpack. Both suspects fled on foot in an unknown direction and the victim was not injured. S-1 was described as being 6’1” with a thin build, and was wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans. S-2 was described as being 5’8” with a heavy build and was a black hooded sweatshirt, black shirt and blue jeans.

Suspect: COOK, BRENNEN (WMA, 28, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 pushed V-1 causing V-1’s arm to hit an object. V-1 suffered a visible injury. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
