City of Elk Grove Party on the Palms, September 17, 3 pm to 9 pm  8401 Laguna Palms Way

Party on the Palms is a fresh new event for teens in our area to mingle, celebrate, and socialize in a safe environment.  Dance to music from KSFM’s DJ Alazzawi, hang out in the “teen scene” social media lounge with a photo booth, charging station and more; enjoy food, drinks and outdoor activities featuring a rock wall, ping pong tables, a game truck, corn hole games, and a mechanical surf machine .  This party is only for students aged 13-18 with School ID. Party on the Palms will be #amazing A signed waiver is needed to participate in some of the outdoor activities. Please download waiver below, print, have your parent sign it and bring it with you to the event.

Old Town Farmers Market 6th annual Tomato Taste Off 9 am to 1 pm

Old Town Plaza in Old Town Elk Grove

FREE Fun Family Event with games, prizes, hourly raffles, scavenger hunt to win prizes. Come and taste and vote on your favorite heirloom tomatoes in four categories. Come and compete in the Salsa Contest – no cost to enter, just bring your salsa in a 1 pint container (must have tomatoes as one ingredient) by 10:30 to the Salsa booth! Winner will receive Farmers Market Gift basket and Gift Certificates!
