S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted inside a vehicle during a call for service. A consent search of the vehicle led to the discovery of a controlled substance. S-1 was arrested then issued a misdemeanor citation and released. ________________________________________________________________________________

Suspect: URBANO, BRANDON (HMA, 31, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed that S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. A search of S-1 led to the discovery narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 pulled V-1 to the floor then punched V-1 several times in the head and face. S-1 also punched his teenaged child in the face and head. V-1 suffered visible injuries. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. S-2 (Elk Grove resident) was a passenger in the vehicle being operated by S-1. A records check revealed that S-1 was on probation. A probation search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of narcotics. S-2 was found to be in violation of a court order. Both suspects were arrested then transported to the main jail.
