Suspect: SINGH, MANDIP (AMA, 27, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) contacted inside a vehicle at the above location. Upon contact, narcotic paraphernalia was observed inside the vehicle and S-1 was detained. A records check revealed that S-1 was on probation. A probation search of the vehicle led to the discovery of narcotics. S-1 was arrested then transported to EGPD where he was processed then released with a misdemeanor citation.
