Armed robbers attack two victims getting out of car in Elk Grove

Early Friday morning at 12:40 am, two men approached two persons getting out of a car in the 8500 block of Blue Maiden Way. The first suspect brandished a handgun and struck the victim with the butt of the gun, knocking the victim down. The second suspect then struck the second victim, knocking that person down as well. Both victims had their personal property stolen. Both victims suffered visible injuries. The suspects fled on foot.  S-1 was describes as a BMA, 5’7”, skinny build, 20-30 years of age, wearing a gray sweatshirt and sweat pants. S-2 was described as a BMA, 5’11”, skinny build, 20-30 years of age and was wearing a black shirt.
