Watch Summary NIGHT WATCH Time: 00:40 hours The two victims were getting out of a vehicle when they were approached by two unknown suspects. S-1 brandished a handgun at V-1 then struck V-1 in the face with the handle of the weapon. When V-1 fell to the ground, S-1 took V-1’s personal property. S-2 knocked V-2 down to the ground and took V-2’s personal property. The suspects fled on foot and both victim’s suffered visible injuries. S-1 was describes as a BMA, 5’7”, skinny build, 20-30 years of age, wearing a gray sweatshirt and sweat pants. S-2 was described as a BMA, 5’11”, skinny build, 20-30 years of age and was wearing a black shirt. DAY WATCH No major incidents or arrests logged. EVENING WATCH Time: 2156 hours S-1 (Marysville resident) was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed that S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and a search incident to arrest led to the discovery of a controlled substance. S-1 was processed then transported to the main jail
Time: 2333 hours S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Watch Summary NIGHT WATCH Time: 0120 hours EGPD officers attempted to assist staff at the above location in escorting S-1 (Rancho Cordova resident) off of their property. When officers attempted to contact S-1, S-1 fled on foot. When an EGPD officer attempted to detain S-1, S-1 lowered his shoulder and knocked the officer off balance. Officers chased after S-1 who eventually stopped running and complied with instructions to lay down on the ground. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. It was later determined that S-1 had provided false identifying information to officers. S-1’s true identity revealed that he had an active felony warrant out for his arrest.

Time: 2010 hours S-1 (Sacramento resident) was arrested for public intoxication then transported to the main jail. While at the main jail, S-1 refused to sit on a bench and struck an officer with his knee. S-1 was restrained and additional charges were added.
Time: 2001 hours S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, the odor of marijuana emanated from inside the vehicle. S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. A search of the vehicle S-1 was driving led to the discovery of marijuana. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. |
