When the employee walked over to assist S-1, S-1 displayed a note indicating that he was armed and demanding money. The employee feared for his safety and opened the register. S-1 reached into the register and took an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency. S-1 fled the location on foot and the employee was not injured. S-1 was described as a WMA, 30’s, 6’0”, 220lbs., wearing a gray beanie, a dark colored hoodie and dark sweatpants.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 grabbed V-1 by the throat and choked V-1. V-1 suffered a visible injury. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Officers responded to the above location regarding a disturbance involving S-1 (Sacramento resident). The reporting person indicated that S-1 was intoxicated and was driving away from the location. Officers arrived and contacted S-1 while she was standing outside her parked vehicle. Upon contact, S-1`s vehicle was found to be in park with the engine running. S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was observed driving a reported stolen vehicle. Officers initiated an enforcement stop and detained S-1. Officers confirmed that the vehicle had been stolen out of Oakley. A search of S-1’s purse led to the discovery of a controlled substance. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Watch Summary NIGHT WATCH Time: 0156 hours Officers responded to the above location regarding a vandalism that had just taken place. The caller indicated that S-1 (Elk Grove resident) had fired a BB gun at her vehicle and chipped the paint. S-1 was located and contacted a short distance away from the initial call for service. S-1 was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and narcotic paraphernalia. A BB gun was also found in some bushes nearby. S-1 was placed under citizen’s arrest for the vandalism then issued a misdemeanor citation. Officers also issued S-1 a misdemeanor citation on the narcotic related charges. Time: 0142 hours S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted during a call for service regarding a noise complaint. During the contact, S-1 was found to be in possession of narcotics. S-1 was arrested then issued a misdemeanor citation and released. DAY WATCH Time: 1542 hours S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed that S-1 was on probation. A search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
EVENING WATCH Time: 1614 hours S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 scratched V-1 in the face several times. V-1 suffered visible injuries. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
