Time: 0313 hours
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was placed under citizen’s arrest for vandalism after he was observed throwing a rock at a window to the business. S-1 was taken into custody for vandalism then issued a misdemeanor citation and released to a parent.
Time: 1445 hours
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was placed under citizen’s arrest for battery. S-1 was arrested then processed at EGPD where he was released with a misdemeanor citation.
Time: 1514 hours
The victim was walking down the street when he was confronted by five unknown suspects (4 BMJ’s and 1 HFJ). The suspects assaulted the victim striking him in the face and head several times. The female suspect took V-1’s cell phone and backpack. The suspects, who were wearing dark clothing, fled the area on foot. V-1 suffered visible injuries and was transported to a local area hospital for medical treatment. Responding officers were unable to locate the suspects. ________________________________________________________________________________

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for an active warrant and disturbing the peace then transported to the main jail.
Time: 2235 hours
Officers responded to the above location regarding a residential burglary that had just taken place. The caller provided a description of S-1 along with a description of an associated vehicle. Responding officers located the described vehicle leaving the immediate area and conducted an enforcement stop near Bruceville Rd and Elk Grove Blvd. S-1 (Sacramento resident) and S-2 (North Highlands resident) were taken into custody for burglary then transported to the main jail.
