S-1 (Brentwood resident) was contacted at the above location during a call for service. A records check revealed that S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and a search incident to arrest led to the discovery of a controlled substance and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was processed then transported to the main jail.
