Or maybe it’s three strikes and you’re out? For third time in 6 weeks Roberto Guerrero of Elk Grove was arrested by Elk Grove police. On September 14, Guerrero was arrested for an active warrant. On September 28, he was arrested while on probation during a call for service and had a taser. On October 27 he was arrested for a domestic violence call, when a verbal altercation turned physical and he threw objects at a victim and causing noticeable injuries. He was also in possession of narcotics and narcotic paraphernalia.
