ELK GROVE POLICE DEPARTMENT
Watch Summary NIGHT WATCH Time: 0023 hours S-1 (Novato resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested. DAY WATCH Time: 1231 hours S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for an active warrant then transported to the main jail.
Time: 1027 hours S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted at the above location during a probation search. S-1 was found to be in possession of narcotics. A records check revealed that S-1 also had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
________________________________________________________________________________ EVENING WATCH Time: 1922 hours Officers responded to the above location regarding S-1 (Elk Grove resident) who was in violation of a restraining order. Responding officers located S-1 a short distance away and attempted to detain him. When contacted, S-1 physically resisted the officers and was taken into custody after a brief struggle. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
Time: 2140 hours
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 grabbed V-1 by the shirt and attempted to pull V-1 out of a vehicle. S-1 ripped V-1’s shirt during the struggle. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. Time: 2231 hours Officers were dispatched to the above location regarding an individual who was passed out sitting in the driver’s seat of a running vehicle. Upon contact, a records check revealed that S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and a search incident to arrest led to the discovery of a controlled substance. A search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of brass knuckles. S-1 was processed then transported to the main jail. |
