S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for an active warrant then transported to the main jail.

Officers responded to the above location regarding a vehicle driving recklessly. Responding officers located the described vehicle and conducted a vehicle stop. Upon contact, S-1 (Elk Grove resident) displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped after a records check revealed that the rear license plate had been reported stolen. Upon contact, S-1 was found to be on probation and a records check revealed that S-1’s driver’s license had been suspended. A subsequent search of S-1 led to the discovery of a controlled substance. S-1 was arrested then issued a misdemeanor citation and released.

Suspect: UNKNOWN (WMA, 30’s)

S-1 entered the above business and approached an employee who was working behind the counter. S-1 displayed a note indicating that he was armed and demanding money. The employee feared for her safety and opened the register. S-1 reached into the register and took an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency. S-1 fled the location on foot and the employee was not injured. S-1 was described as a WMA, 30’s, 6’0”, medium build, with a beard, wearing a beanie and a flannel sweater.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted while sitting in the driver’s seat of a parked vehicle. The vehicle was occupied by three other individuals. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and performed poorly field sobriety tests. A search of the vehicle led to the discovery of narcotics. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
