8 year old boy injured leaving Halloween event last night

An 8 year old boy was injured last night leaving a Halloween event at Creekside Church (formerly First Baptist Church) on East Stockton Blvd when he was struck by a passing car. According to police the child ran into the street. He suffered non life threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital.
