At risk missing Elk Grove teen located this morning

Elk Grove Police reported early this morning that 13 year old Josef Weston of Elk Grove was missing. He was last seen by family members at 10:20 pm. He was described as being “at risk” and diagnosed with ADHD.  Shortly after 5 am this morning EGPD reported that he was found safe.
