Early morning shooting on highway 99 near Elk Grove

A car traveling on southbound 99 toward Elk Grove was shot at earlier this morning. A passenger in the car was hit, the driver was not. The driver stopped at Dutch Bros in Elk Grove to ask for help. Police are investigating the shooting.

Police are investigating a shooting that happened along Highway 99 early Tuesday morning.
