Location: 4800 block of Story Way.
Suspect: CONER, ORLANDER (BMA, 35, ARRESTED
EGPD officers responded to the above location to assist a CHP Detective from the SacCATS (Sacramento County Auto Theft Suppression) regarding a possibly stolen trailer. A records check of two vehicles and two motorcycles on S-1’s property revealed that all of the vehicles were stolen. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Suspect #1: JUVENILE (WFJ, 15, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: JUVENILE (HFJ, 15, ARRESTED)
S-1 and S-2 (Elk Grove residents) are known to the 15-year-old victim and they attend the same high school. The suspects arrived at the victim’s residence where S-1 challenged the victim to a fight. S-1 and the victim began fighting each other. During the altercation, they both fell to the ground. Once on the ground, S-2 began fighting with the victim. Both suspects kicked the victim in the head several times. The suspects fled the location and the victim was later transported to a local area hospital for medical treatment. S-1 and S-2 were later contacted at school where they were taken into custody then transported to juvenile hall.

Location: 3800 block of Florin Rd. (Sacramento)
Suspect: BLACKWELL, CHRISTOPHER (BMA, 28, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was detained at the above location during a warrant service. A search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery narcotics and indicia of sales. A search of S-1`s residence led to the discovery a loaded handgun, ammunition and a reported stolen rifle. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: MONTANO, CIPRAINO (HMA, 49, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed that S-1 had an active misdemeanor warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested then issued a misdemeanor citation with a new court date and released.

Suspect: DANIEL, SHANNON (BMA, 19, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to the above location regarding a verbal argument involving S-1 (Sacramento resident). When officers arrived, they contacted the reporting person and S-1. While mediating the dispute, S-1 became verbally abusive towards the reporting person and officers. S-1 took an aggressive posture and threatened the reporting person and officers. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was arrested for possession of a reported stolen motorcycle then transported to the main jail.

Location: 8600 block of Elk Grove Blvd.
Suspect: UNKNOWN
A large group of unidentified individuals confronted the male victim in the Bull Wings parking lot while armed with baseball bats. The unidentified suspects struck the victim at least three times in the leg area. The suspects then vandalized the victim’s vehicle with the bats causing moderate damage. During the incident, another vehicle was also damaged. The suspects fled before EGPD arrived and the victim did not require medical treatment.
