Officers responded to the Hilton Garden Inn regarding a verbal disturbance involving S-1 (Elk Grove resident). When officers arrived, S-1 did not comply with instructions and refused to stand away from the officers. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted at the above location and found to have an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and found to be in possession of a controlled substance and narcotics. S-1 was processed then transported to the main jail.

Officers responded to Elk Grove Regional Park regarding a report of shots heard in the area. Upon arrival, officers found evidence indicating that a gun had been fired west of the Pavilion area. No victims were located.

| Sunday, November 6, 2016 __________________________________________________________________________________ NIGHT WATCH Time: 0228 hours Officers responded to the above location regarding a vehicle that was stalled on the railroad tracks. Upon arrival, officers contacted the driver S-1 (Elk Grove resident) who displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested. Time: 0436 hours S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 was found to be on probation. A search of S-1 and his vehicle led to the discovery of a controlled substance and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested then issued a misdemeanor citation and released. DAY WATCH Time: 1417 hours S-1 (Sacramento resident) was observed shoplifting by an employee. As S-1 approached the exit to the store with the merchandise, she discarded all of the items prior to leaving the store. Officers responded to the location and contacted S-1 (Sacramento resident). S-1 was detained and a records check revealed that S-1 had active warrants out for her arrest. S-1 was also found to be in possession of a pair of needle nose pliers. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
Time: 1417 hours S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted in the Burlington Coat Factory parking lot related to a shoplifting call. A records check revealed that S-1 had several actives warrants. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
Time: 1552 hours S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed that S-1 had an active warrant out for her arrest. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. EVENING WATCH Time: 1700 hours S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for violating the conditions of a restraining order then transported to the main jail. Time: 2210 hours S-1 (Lodi resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested. |
