Dick’s Sporting Goods in Elk Grove to open November 21

Elk Grove sports enthusiasts will soon be rejoicing with the opening of the new Dick’s Sporting Goods store in Elk Grove at the former Sports Authority location near Big Horn and Laguna. Sports Authority and Sports Chalet closed their stores in Elk Grove earlier this year leaving the city with two large empty box stores and only Big 5 and the stores like Walmart and Target for consumers to get their sports fix.

The grand opening event will be December 2-4.
