Suspect: ARREOLA, OSVALDO (HMA, 23, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that displayed a rear license plate belong to a reported stolen vehicle. A vehicle stop was initiated an S-1 was arrested. A search of the vehicle S-1 was driving led to the discovery of a controlled substance. S-1 was processed then transported to the main jail.
Officers responded to the above location after a vehicle involved in a collision had fled the scene. Officers located the described vehicle parked in front of the registered owner’s address. S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was discovered sitting in the driver’s seat of the vehicle. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Officers responded to the above location after a vehicle involved in a collision had fled the scene. Officers located the described vehicle parked in driveway of the registered owner’s address with significant front end damage. S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was discovered sitting in the driver’s seat of the vehicle. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

S-1 (Brentwood resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 was found to be on probation. A probation search led to the discovery of a controlled substance and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested then issued a misdemeanor citation and released.
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 punched V-1 several times in the face and ribs. S-1 also threatened V-1 during the altercation. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Officers responded to the above location regarding a vehicle that was stuck on the railroads tracks. When officers arrived, they contacted S-1 (Sacramento resident) who had been driving the vehicle. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

NIGHT WATCH

Location: 5300 block of White Lotus Way.
Suspect: UNKNOWN
Officers responded to the above location regarding several calls of shot fired in the area. Upon arrival, officers located physical evidence that a shooting had taken place outside. Shortly after officers arrived, the victim, an adult male, arrived at a local area hospital with a gunshot wound to his leg. During the course of the investigation, officers determined that there was some type of altercation inside a home where a party was taking place. The individuals involved in the altercation went outside where there was an exchange of gun fire. During that exchange, the victim suffered a gunshot wound to his leg and was transported to a local area hospital by a private vehicle. The victim was treated and later released. Three to four vehicles were also struck by gunfire. No additional information at this time and the investigation is ongoing.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation while in the presence of two small children. During the altercation, S-1 bit V-1 on the arm. S-1 then picked up music equalizer and threw it at V-1, striking V-1 in the head. V-1 suffered a visible injury to the face and head. When V-1 fled the residence, S-1 locked V-1 out of the home. Officers responded to the residence after neighbors called EGPD. Arriving officers attempted to make contact with S-1 who was inside the home with the kids. After making entry into the residence, S-1 was located in a bathroom and would not comply with numerous instructions to release one of the kids he was holding. Officers were able to recover the child after the deployment of an Electro-Muscular Disruption Technology device. Both children were found to be unharmed. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 was arrested for violating the conditions of a restraining order and his probations then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: MORENO, GILBERT (HMA, 51, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Turlock resident) was contacted at the scene of a traffic collision. Upon contact, S-1 verbally provided several different names and birth dates as a form of identification. A wallet belong to S-1 was located on the ground outside of a vehicle near the front bumper. A search of the wallet led to the discovery of a controlled substance. A records check of S-1’s real name revealed that he had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
