Watch Summary Monday, November 14, 2016 NIGHT WATCH Time: 0155 hours S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested. DAY WATCH Time: 1404 hours S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 grabbed V-1 by the face and pushed V-1 while a child was present. V-1 suffered visible injuries. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1. Time: 1507 hours S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. A records check revealed that S-1’s driver’s license was suspended. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. EVENING WATCH Time: 1645 hours Officers responded to the above location at the request of CPS (Solano County) regarding a welfare check of V-1. Officers contacted S-1 (Elk Grove resident) who claimed not to have seen V-1 in months. Officers found V-1 inside the residence in an upstairs master bedroom closet. Officers determined that S-1 had told V-1 to get into the closet and threatened her. Officers also determined that S-1 and forced V-1 into a vehicle when she was walking down the street in Woodland, CA a few days earlier. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
Time: 1945 hours S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for public intoxication then transported to the main jail. Time: 2234 hours S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 grabbed V-1 by the arm. V-1 suffered a visible injury. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. Time: 2347 hours S-1 (West. Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed that S-1’s driver’s license was suspended. A consent search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of a controlled substance and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested then issued a misdemeanor citation and released. |
