S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 grabbed V-1 by the face and pushed V-1 while a child was present. V-1 suffered visible injuries. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

Suspect: GREEN, RODNEY (BMA, 28, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to the above location at the request of CPS (Solano County) regarding a welfare check of V-1. Officers contacted S-1 (Elk Grove resident) who claimed not to have seen V-1 in months. Officers found V-1 inside the residence in an upstairs master bedroom closet. Officers determined that S-1 had told V-1 to get into the closet and threatened her. Officers also determined that S-1 and forced V-1 into a vehicle when she was walking down the street in Woodland, CA a few days earlier. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
