Location: 9000 block of Ducks Pond Way.
Suspect: NASIRI, CHEVON (AMA, 24, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted at the above location and found to be on probation. A search of S-1 led to the discovery of a controlled substance and narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 entered the business and stole an Apple I-Phone that was on display. An employee confronted S-1 and a struggle ensued over the stolen phone outside of the store. S-1 then punched V-1 on the arm causing V-1 to let go. S-1 then fled the location in a red vehicle and V-1 suffered a minor injury.

Suspect: PARKER, BRIAN (BMA, 29, ARRESTED)

Officers were dispatched to the above location regarding an occupied stalled vehicle. When officers arrived, they contacted the driver of the vehicle S-1 (Wilton resident). Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. An inventory search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of a controlled substance and two open containers of an alcoholic beverage. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Officers responded to the above location regarding a vehicle driving recklessly in the area that had driven into a ditch. Upon arrival, officers contacted S-1 (Elk Grove resident) who was seated in the driver’s seat. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and the victim were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 threw a knife at the victim. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail and the victim was not injured.
