Kanye West ends Sacramento show early after showing up late

Kanye West showed up 90 minutes late to his show at the Golden One Center, sang 3 songs, went on a 20 minute rant and then left the stage to a chorus boos and profanities according to posts on social media.

The concert was scheduled to start at 9 pm. Impatient fans had to wait until 10:30 pm for West to take the stage. Once on stage the singer sang 2 or 3 songs, reports vary, then mentioned Trump, Clinton, Beyonce, Jay Z and criticized radio before saying, “Press, get ready to have a field day because this show is over.” He then walked off the stage leaving angry fans stunned. Some fans then started a profane chant of “F U Kanye”. Some posts on Twitter mentioned that drinks were thrown on the ground, possibly the Kings store was looted and minor damage was done to the new arena.

Several Elk Grove residents expressed their unhappiness with the concert on Twitter and Facebook. Elk Grove resident Pablo Espinoza was at the concert and took a video. Warning, there is graphic language.
