S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle violation. S-2 (Sacramento resident) was a passenger in the vehicle being operated by S-1. A records check revealed that S-1 did not have a driver’s license and was on probation. A consent search of S-2 led to the discovery of narcotic paraphernalia. Both suspects were arrested then issued misdemeanor citations and released.

V-1 was shopping inside Target when S-1 (Elk Grove resident) walked up behind her. S-1 grabbed an intimate area on V-1’s body over the outside of her clothing and began laughing. V-1 pushed S-1 away and bystanders assisted in restraining S-1 until EGPD arrived. S-1 was placed under citizen’s arrest then transported to the main jail.
