Suspect: AGUILAR, MARCO (HMA, 28, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 pushed V-1 from behind causing V-1 to fall to the floor. S-1 would not allow V-1 to exit the bedroom by blocking and restricting V-1’s movements. S-1 also threatened V-1 during this incident. Officers also determined that S-1 had slapped his daughter in the face on November 20th. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

Watch Summary Sunday, November 27, 2016 NIGHT WATCH Time: 0049 hours S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 struck V-1 in the face with an open hand. V-1 suffered a visible injury. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
DAY WATCH Time: 1001 hours S-1 (Sacramento resident) was arrested for violating the conditions of a restraining order then transported to the main jail.
Time: 1435 hours S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, S-1 pushed V-1 onto a couch then choked V-1. A child was present in the room when the altercation took place. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. EVENING WATCH Time: 2030 hours S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for threatening a family member and violating the conditions of his probation then transported to the main jail.
Time: 2130 hours S-1 (El Dorado Hills resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation while V-1 was operating a motor vehicle. During the altercation, S-1 who was seated in the passenger seat, grabbed the steering wheel causing the vehicle to collide with a wall. V-1 suffered a visible injury. S-1 was medically cleared for incarceration at a local area hospital the transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.
