Time: 2323 hours S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested. |

Suspect: PACHECO, DESTINY (HFA, 32, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted at the above location and found to be on probation. A records check revealed that S-1 had an active warrant out for her arrest. S-1 was arrested and a search of S-1 led to the discovery of a controlled substance. S-1 was processed then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: BRETON, DOMINIC (WMA, 36, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted at the above location and found to be on probation. A search of S-1 led to the discovery of narcotic paraphernalia, a dagger and burglary tools. Officers found a controlled substance and narcotics near the initial area where S-1 was contacted. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: MORRIS, TWYQUILA (BFA, 18, ARRESTED)
S-1 and S-2 (Sacramento residents) were observed shoplifting by Wal-Mart loss prevention officers (LPO). When both suspects walked past the cashier area towards the exit, they were contacted by the LPO’s. Both suspects refused to go with the loss prevention officers and walked back into the store. While inside the store, S-1 threatened to use a “Taser” against the loss prevention officers. Fearing for their safety, the LPO’s did not approach the suspects as they exited the store. Officers arrived and contacted both suspects outside. When contacted, S-1 resisted the officer’s efforts to place her in handcuffs. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail after being medically cleared for incarceration. S-2 was issued a misdemeanor citation by the loss prevention officers then released. The stolen merchandise was recovered and returned to the store.

V-1 was sitting in his vehicle when he was approached by two unknown suspects. S-1 grabbed V-1’s wallet and coin purse from his lap. S-2 then then grabbed V-1 and pulled him out of the vehicle. When V-1 began to follow the suspects, they threatened to shoot V-1. V-1 feared for his safety and stopped following the suspects. No weapons were observed. S-1 was described as a BMA, 5`6” to 5`9”, 150 pounds, wearing a dark beanie, dark jacket and jeans. S-2 was described as a WMA, 5`6″, 150 pounds, wearing a dark beanie, dark jacket and jeans.

Officers responded to a call for service regarding squatters inside a banked owned property. Upon arrival, S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted inside the residence and found to be on probation. A probation search of a bedroom led to the discovery an unloaded handgun and two loaded magazines. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: LOVATO, KELLIE (WFA, 44, ARRESTED)
A Sacramento County Sheriff’s Deputy observed S-1 (Sacramento resident) operating a motor vehicle in a reckless manner. The Sacramento County Deputy conducted a vehicle stop and contacted S-1. Elk Grove officers arrived and conducted S-1 who displayed objective signs of impairment. There were two children in the vehicle that S-1 was operating. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail. The children were released to relatives.

Suspect: IGLESIAS, CASSIE (BFA, 29, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) and an unidentified second suspect were observed shoplifting by Target Loss Prevention Officers (LPO). When the suspects exited the store with the stolen merchandise, the LPO’s were only able to detain S-1 and recovered the merchandise valued at over $950.00. Officer arrived and arrested S-1 then transported her to the main jail.
