S-1 (Cary, NC resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, the strong odor of marijuana emanated from inside the vehicle. S-1 was detained and a K-9 search of the vehicle led to the discovery of a loaded handgun inside a backpack. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, a records check revealed that S-1 was on probation. A search of S-1 led to the discovery of a controlled substance. A search of the vehicle S-1 was operating led to the discovery of narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
