Officers responded to the above location regarding a disturbance. Upon arrival, officer received information that there was a handgun inside S-1’s vehicle. S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was detained and a search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of a stolen unloaded handgun. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

During the altercation, S-1 grabbed V-1 by the hood on his sweat jacket and pulled it for several seconds. V-1 was holding a child who was secured in a car seat during the altercation. V-1 suffered visible injuries. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

An inventory search of the vehicle led to the discovery of a loaded stolen handgun on the rear floor board just under the driver’s seat. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.
