Suspect:   LOPEZ, ALBERT (WMA, 32, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contact at the above location and found to be in possession of a controlled substance. S-1 was arrested then issued a misdemeanor citation and released.

Location:   5400 block of Lake Pleasant Dr.

Suspect:   VARNELL, CHARLES (AMA, 19, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to the above location regarding S-1 (Elk Grove resident) who was at the residence in violation of a court order. Officers discovered that S-1 had locked himself inside a bathroom. S-1 did not comply with instructions and resisted the officers when they attempted to detain him. S-1 was eventually arrested then transported to the main jail.
