S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was placed under citizen’s arrest for trespassing. S-1 was issued a misdemeanor citation then released.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted at the above location and found to be on probation. A search of S-1 led to the discovery of a burglary tool, narcotic paraphernalia and a concealed fixed blade knife. S-1 was also found to have violated the conditions of a restraining order. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Officers responded to the above location regarding a possible burglary in progress. When officers arrived, they detained S-1 (Elk Grove resident) on the side of the victim`s residence as he exited the back yard. Officers determined that S-1 had made entry into a gazebo area and tampered with items inside the enclosure. Officers also discovered that a side garage door had been damaged. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation. During the altercation, V-1 suffered a visible injury to the face. When V-1 called 911, S-1 took the phone from V-1 and threw it on the ground. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Officers responded to the above location regarding a vehicle that was driving recklessly and had struck the center divider on Harbour Point Dr. Officers located the described vehicle parked in front of a residence and contacted S-1 (Elk Grove resident) at the residence. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. S-1 was positively identified by the reporting person as the driver of the vehicle. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. S-1 was found to be on probation and was in possession of narcotic paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

Location: 8300 block of Sheldon Rd.
Suspect: FLORES, MARIO (HMA, 26, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to the above location regarding a possibly impaired driver who had struck a curb. Upon arrival, officers located S-1 (Sacramento resident) sitting in the described vehicle which was parked in a parking lot. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. S-1 became combative after he was handcuffed and was placed in a WRAP immobilization system. S-1 was processed then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: UNKNOWN
EGPD officers located an occupied stolen vehicle at the above location. Officers received additional information that the driver of the vehicle had been involved in a vehicle burglary in Galt and possibly Elk Grove. When officers attempted to conduct a vehicle stop, the driver did not yield and led officers on a pursuit that traveled 1 mile. Due to the erratic driving by the driver of the stolen vehicle, the pursuit was cancelled. The stolen vehicle was later involved in a collision at Calvine Rd. / Bradshaw Rd. After the collision, the driver fled on foot and a perimeter was established. After an extensive search, that utilized a K9 and SPD helicopter, the suspect was not located. Officers also recovered stolen property from inside the stolen vehicle which was later towed.
