Gas station and storage facility proposed for corner of Bond & Waterman

A developer is proposing a gas station and storage facility on the northwest corner of Bond and Waterman Roads. The 4.7 acre parcel is currently zoned “shopping center”, but a gas station is considered an approved use in the zoning code according to the developer

An informational meeting will be held this Friday, December 23 at 1 pm at the Fairfield Inn & Suites on Orchsrd Loop Lane near Calvine and highway 99.
