Suspect: SIRIPHAN, PRANI (AMA, 40, ARRESTED)

Officers responded to the above location regarding an individual who was slumped over in the driver’s seat of a stopped vehicle. S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted and found to be on probation. A search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of a controlled substance and indicia of sales. S-1 was arrested then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident), S-2 and S-3 (Sacramento residents) were arrested for shoplifting then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: GUTIERREZ, ALONSO (HMA, 25, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Walnut Grove resident) was arrested for an active warrant then transported to the main jail.

Location: Elk Grove Blvd. / Webb St.
Suspect: MARTINDALE, MICHAEL (OMA, 31, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.
